Our Clients

At The Lighthouse, we believe progress deserves to be celebrated in all its forms. Our community is full of people doing incredible things—building strength, trying something new, reaching personal milestones, navigating challenges, showing up for themselves, and supporting one another along the way. This page is a place to shine a light on those moments and the people behind them. Because success isn’t just about numbers, weight, or what happens in the gym—it’s about growth, courage, connection, and all the good happening within our Lighthouse community.

Charity Brenkert

ATHLETE, COAH & MOM

Charity first came to us with a goal of getting in shape while her husband was deployed, but along the way, she discovered a genuine love for fitness—especially Olympic lifting. What started as a personal goal grew into something much bigger as Charity challenged herself to keep learning, growing, and finding ways to help others discover their own strength. She even kept working with coach Lizzy throughout her last pregnancy. Today, she is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, turning her passion for fitness into an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others. We couldn’t be more excited to see where this next chapter takes her! We are also honored to work with her husband and occasionally her mother.

Bri Henriquez

POLICE OFFICER IN THE MAKING

Bri came to us ready to get stronger and take on the challenge of powerlifting—and she did exactly that! Through consistent training and a whole lot of hard work, she built the strength to qualify for Youth Powerlifting Nationals. But her accomplishments didn’t stop in the gym. Since then, Bri has graduated from college and is now kicking butt in the police academy, with the goal of someday earning a spot on a SWAT team. From the platform to the academy, Bri continues to show just how far determination, strength, and a willingness to challenge yourself can take you no matter your age!

Susan O'Connell

BIKER, ARTIST & STRENGTH TRAINING ENTHUSIAST

Susan first came to us through a referral from her son, and now we have the joy of working with both her and her husband—they’ve truly become part of our Lighthouse family. With another grandchild on the way, Susan is laser-focused on staying strong, healthy, and active so she can keep up with the grandkids, feel capable in her body, and keep saying “yes” to whatever life brings. You might spot her biking around town, and when she isn’t on two wheels or getting stronger in the studio, she’s an incredibly talented artist creating beautiful work inspired by the life and world around her. Susan is a wonderful example of what it looks like to build strength for a full, creative, and adventurous life.
